This page explains how to request deletion of your String AI account and the personal data associated with it. String AI is an AI practice app for violin, viola, and cello developed by Youna Choi.
Option A — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the String AI app and sign in.
- Go to Profile > Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option B — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email stringaiapp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my String AI account." We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted

What may be kept
After deletion we may retain fully anonymized, aggregate statistics that can no longer be linked to you. We may also keep records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax records related to a purchase), for the minimum period required by law. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
